The Concept of "Unlearning" in Executive Education

Impulse on Self Management


Being active in executive education for almost two decades, I really like the concept of 'unlearning'.


For me, it means to consciously stop the 'autopilot' when being confronted with new challenges, let loose your learned habits and methods of solving problems, open up your mind and consciously look at your world and its challenges with a 'beginner's mind'.
