Weibliche Führungstalente wie soziale und emotionale Fähigkeiten gelten im Zeitalter der Digitalisierung als Führungskompetenzen der Zukunft. Deshalb tun Unternehmen gut daran, mehr Frauen in Führungspositionen zuzulassen.

 

Die Realität sieht anders aus

Obwohl Gender Diversity in aller Munde ist, sind Frauen im Management nach wie vor unterrepräsentiert. Die Ursachen sind vielfältig. Sie liegen im weiblichen Verhalten ebenso wie in den Voraussetzungen, die Frauen in vielen Unternehmen antreffen. Ein Umdenken ist aber dringend erforderlich.
